With live music and experienced instructors to take you there quite spontaneously!!
What is this about?
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is applied. If chooses to follow the basic principles can get dramatic results in time.
Transformation is internal, and deep. One's attention moves from the basal needs of survival, to higher evolved self. One feels inspired from within, satisfied, content, protected, and is empowered by inner dignity and sense of self worth which is unparalleled.
Clearing out ones inner self daily, with the help of tools available within the Sahaja practice, can help not only the individual but also one's periphery, family, friends and all who come in contact.
What to Expect. Relax. It's Easy.
Classes are led by experts, many with thousands of hours of experience and deep knowledge and skill and tailored to the needs of the attendees.
Classes begin with a brief announcement and relaxation exercise. This is followed by 30-40 minutes of instruction and practice. Typically, classes are no more than an hour. Not long, considering the benefits can last a life time.

More relaxed. More comfortable with yourself. A profound sense of calm. Many people even experience the state of Thoughtless Awareness the very first time they try Sahaja. With practice, you will learn how to tap into your Inner Energy, giving you greater self awareness, better balance and a strong sense of well being.
Sahaja Meditation has many levels, varied and deep, that can help you understand more about yourself - from health to spirituality. We call this "awakening your inner self" and in doing so, you gain personal power, awareness and control. It's about helping you become focused, energized and better balanced. In short, it will help you, understand you.

Well run, lovely atmosphere and a beautiful place to be. Food was very tasty, just right amounts. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In this age of commercialization and business orientated activities, I am delighted to see such activities being done on a volunteer basis and no cost to the participants. This speaks a lot of the true intentions of the organizers, who are there to really the community. Keep it up! (Yan)
Is it really Free?
Absolutely , there are no fees.
What should I wear?
We do not have a dress code, but recommend any decent, comfortable wear or smart casual wear. Our primary focus is meditation.
Do I need to bring anything?
No you're fine. Just walk-in and enjoy the event!
I haven't RSVP'd, can I still come for the event?
Yes you can, although we recommend you Register to make sure we have seats for you.
What is Sahaja Yoga?
Sahaja Yoga is a meditation breakthrough founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and is based on ancient principles for the modern world. It begins with the awareness of one's individual energy called, 'kundalini.' Once the kundalini is awakened within, the process of meditation becomes effortless and spontaneous, and this leads to complete peace and balance in life. With balance comes lasting joy and well-being of mind, body, emotions and spirit.
